Max and the work crew did an incredible job building our new shed in ~4 hours. That included painting it as well for less than $5000.This company prefabs as much as possible beforehand which makes the building process go much faster.We added better windows and an insulated door in case it needs to become a "She" Shed at some point.I highly recommend Affordable Portables Structures for a shed or small building.

Since Repainting the guest house I have been asked quite a few times who I got it through. This company is amazing they custom built it to 199 sft to avoid city permitting. Its the same quality insulation, electrical and painted to match the main house. They let me save a little money by doing my own drywall. They delivered and leveled it as well for the best price out there! We are on 7 years and its still as beautiful as day 1.

That was almost 10 years ago, and our affordable portable cottage is still perfect! Their building crew was too notch and the quality and value are excellent.We splurged on a Mitsubishi slim HVAC which I highly recommend. We're considering using them again to build a little studio... apartment for our college aged daughter. We finished ours out ourselves with wood laminate flooring, bead board paneling and a storage loft. It looks great! This is the most affordable way I know to add square footage for a growing family.read more
